Question ID: 471388
How do I open up multiple attatchments at once in Microsoft Outlook
2003? Currently I have to open up each attatchment seperately. It is
very annoying. Is there a way where I can select all the attatchments
at once and then open them up all at once? Please let me know how to
do this.

Thanks,

Pete

Are you looking at your email in preview mode? If you double click the
message, it will open in a new window, there you can hold the ctrl
button down on your keyboard and click on multiple files at the bottom
of the message, or simply drag a square over all the files. Once
selected you can can right click on the selected files and choose >
"open" and then either select > "open it" or > "save it to disk".

Alternately, after the files are selected, you can go to the > "file"
menu and select save attachments, which will save them all at one
time.

Gerald,
This doesn't work in Outlook 2003. I have to hold down shift and then
click to highlight all the files and there is still no way for me to
open them or save them all up at once. I tried to rick click and also
tried the file menu but it doesn't have that option. When I try to do
a file save, while the attatchments are highlighted it only saves the
email not the attatchments. Thanks for the comment though.
