Hi bk31,

I believe I have located the article you are seeking. Here is an
abstract of the article, which is dated March 11, 2001:

"The government is examining whether these students conspired with
[Michael Molitor] to obtain unjustified aid during the mid-1990s, a
charge it says is evident in many cases. Also, prosecutors say that at
least some of the students had the ability to correct Molitor's fraud
when they were mailed a Student Aid Report, or SAR, which restates all
of the information that was submitted by them..."

Would information on how to purchase the entire article suffice as an
answer to your question?

Best regards,
Rainbow
