Dear vinegrower, The vineyard in Aring proves to be a problem, but I will explain this later. First, here is full contact information for the vineyard at Almind, Jutland: Skærsøgaard Vin Nørresøvej 12, Dons 6051 Almind Denmark -- Phone: +45-75554473 Cellphone: +45-23380809 E-Mail: info@dansk-vin.dk Website: http://www.dansk-vin.dk/ Now, to the Aring vineyard. While there are several vineyards in North Sealand (Nordsjælland), there is absolutely no place of the name Aring, Åring or Aaring anywhere in Denmark. The same is true for Isg. See the official lists of Danish place names: http://levende.kms.dk/su/sunavn.htm I assume that some kind of misunderstanding concerning the place name or the name of the vineyard occurred. I will do all I can to locate the vineyard you have in mind, but I need additional information that could help me correctly identify it. In case you do not have any additional information, would you like to get contact information for four other Sealand vineyards instead? Regards, Scriptor | |

I suspect that "Aring (Isg & Aring)" might be a mistranslation of the HTML code "Isgå" which would normally be rendered as "Isgå" ("å" is the HTML code for the Danish/Norwegian "å" character). According to Scriptor's source, there is a place called "Isgård" in Denmark. |
