Hi,

I would like to save activity on my computer monitor as a movie. I
think this would be somewhat analogous to saving a screenshot as a
bitmap or jpg, but I could capture action. I am interested in saving
a series of actions for a presentation. This way, instead of fumbling
through several programs, many of which involve internet access, which
I won't have at the time of the presentation, I can just play the
movie and talk to the audience while it plays.

I am hoping there is some sort of simple shareware or similar program
out there that does this (like screen grab programs for making
tutorials, but I would also be willing to pay a fair price for such a
program if it is commercial.

A great answer would give me the website of said program, and maybe
even a brief rundown of its limitations and such. If there were
several programs, recommending one would be cool.

An acceptable answer will tell me what this program is and how to get
it, or conclusively tell me that this program doesn't exist.

let me know if i need to clarify, or if my question is priced to low.

thanks!!!

jamie
