What are some unbiased (i.e. not from an Everyone.net "email expert") advantages of using Everyone.net outsourced email for ISPs compared to setting up and maintaining email in-house? Note that I am referring to their ISP and web host service that has an API: <http://www.everyone.net/email_om_isps.html> (I am not referring to their Business Mail, Group Mail, etc.) Thanks! |

Running an email server is very easy. When you start or already own your own ISP consider your customers and there needs. What are you going to do if everyone.net can't solve a problem right away? This could become very confusing for you, and your ruin your credibility with your customers. Consider trying to setup a I-Mail server. It runs well on NT and has all the features that you will need built in (i.e. Spam filter, calender, webmail, POP3,SMTP) Plus you keep control. If you want to automate your whole ISP optigold.com (billing software) intergrates well with your mail server and radius for authentication. If you have questions you can feel free to contact me. garybrooks at fusionmarketing.biz I would be glad to supplie you with my phone number. |
