Want to travel with a single headset that I can use on my PC (2 jacks,
3.5mm phone and 2.5mm mic) and my Blackberry (single jack, 2.5mm I
believe).

Can either use a PC Headset with two plugs or a mobile phone headset
with one, but haven't found an adapter that can work with both...
