Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes.

I have not tried anything yet. If I disconnect the battery, how will I
know if the reset is successful? (no check engine light or anything, I
am replacing the O2 sensors and am told I need to reset the ECU)

There is no answer at this time.

Since it may take more than a few minutes, or even hours to correctly
research this question, I suggest that you consider increasing your
price, or reducing the complexity of your question.

RedHoss is correct.

You need to disconnect the battery for a period of time. 20 minutes is
probably excessive, but that amount of time will definetly reset your
ECU.

Every time the battery discharges on my Cobra, my ECU resets, and is
evident by a gage sweep and display test. On your year model I'm not
sure what "proof" you will get, but it will definetly be reset.
