desing a database for a small county library.
business rules: the library has decided that the only book it want to
keep track of are the ones it has available to lend out to its
borrowers, not every book every published. the library keeps records
about the borrowers who have a library card. the library accept
resevations for books that is a copy will be held at the front desk
for 48 hours for any single borrower. There is exactly one book copy
inluded on each checkout record. If a borrower a wishis to borrow
severl books at a time, separate checkout recourd is reqired for each.
 the borrower can have a maximum of seven active checkout records. the
book copy recod is dileted when the copy is no longer owned. for
purposes of checking out a book an employee will be entered in the
system as a borrower.
