I'm looking where I can purchase a certain type of sprinkler hose that
I can't find anymore.It's about 3 inches wide,comes in varied lengths
and is thin and flat like swimming pool vinyl. The colour is usually
green.
                                                       thank-you,
                                                            pkgpuskr

Do you mean the kind that's perforated all along its length? Or is it
like the new ones advertised to behave like fire hoses, meaning they
become round when in use and flatten for storage/coiling? Or are you
searching for a hose made of much thinner vinyl that a typical garden
hose?

The flat ribboned hose is full of holes on one side only, and omits a
fine mist spray. The thickness of the hose is like swimming pool
material.

I believe what you are looking for is PVC light-duty layflat water
discharge hose, which typically comes in widths up to four inches, and
lengths from 50 to 200 feet.

Finding a retail source may not be easy; I will leave that to an
authorized researcher, but the search terms "PVC light-duty layflat
water discharge hose" may be helpful.

Is this similar to the type of hose you need?

How about this hose? Its width is not given, but it looks to me as if
it's at least 2 inches wide.
