Hi,

I would like to find a central list of new Leaseback properties
available in France. Ideally, I would like a list of new leaseback
properties and their respective net and gross purchase costs and
associated rental yields.

Cheers,
Alan.

I can't advise re leaseback & yields, but purchase costs are readilly
available from a number of web sites specialising in french property,
new-build and otherwise.

You might try http://www.propertyforsalefrance.co.uk/ for example.

A UK publication "Buying Property in France 2005" has published a
table of average weekly rental prices by region by number of bedrooms.
Prices range from ?252 for a 1 bed in Brittany to ?2940 for a 5 bed in
Ile de France. It might be worth getting hold of a copy.

Good luck.
