We are a micro business wishing to embed 2 fonts (Wingdings 2 and 3)in
a time-management software we plan to sell worldwide. Are these fonts
available royalty free for worldwide distribution? If not, please help
us find royalty-free fonts with full and empty arrows, cirlces,
squares and triangles.

I assume you are looking for a less expensive route.  But why limit
yourself to a predesigned font?  You can design your own font with a
variety of software out there.  In fact, one that I found was
shareware, and a purchase price of only $65 US.  The link is
http://www.high-logic.com/.  But time is money and if wingdings is
royalty free, well go ahead.  Good Luck!
