Question ID: 47262
Is there a web site with descriptive instructions on how to prepare
Corporate 1120 tax forms? I am not looking for the IRS instructions.
I need specific in detail instructions. For example: Attach Schedule
for "Other Deductions", however there is no note as to *what*
schedule. How do I do this?

Dear tysmom02,

I understand that you already had the IRS instructions. However I
believe the following Corporations Handbook with sample forms contains
more detail. Unfortunately many sites simply referred to their own
copies of the IRS instructions.

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p542.pdf

Another resource
Missouri Business Development Network Tax Resource Guide:

Deduction discussion:

I will clarify your specific schedule query tomorrow.

Dear tysmom02,

I was unable to find a schedule example online, so resorted to phoning
the IRS... My "patience was appreciated" many, many times but an agent
did confirm that the "schedule" referred to just an itemised list
clearly describing the item claimed and the amount claimed. (agent

This is supportd by a scan of the the available schedules for forms
1120 and 1120-A, none are appropriate.

I looked at many online resources and provided the ones that add more
than the IRS instructions. However, if you would like me to undertake
further research, select clarify answer.

Regards,
