How do you automatically enter a 48 month payment plan in PeopleSoft
Accounts Receivable Module 1 time instead of 48 times. Does PS AR have
the functionality for recurring receivables. Please note that we do
not have the billing module

Doesn't PeopleSoft provide customer support?  Try calling their
support number.  You may also have better better luck on newsgroups or
websites of PeopleSoft user groups.
