Is there a Whois service (likely subsciption based, I'd imagine) that
allows searching of domains by items like Administrative contact,
Company, Phone number, etc, to understand the whole set of domains a
particular party owns?

The data is definitely 'out there', but I havent heard of any Whois
services that allow these type of searches.  Thanks!

There is, indeed, a fee-based service that allows a search of whois
records by the name of company that holds the registration -- e.g. all
domain names owned by Coca-Cola.  The service also includes "whowas"
records...expired domain names from years past.

I am not aware of any service that allows searching by phone number,
admin contact, or other elements of the whois record.

Would the information on this particular whois service meet your
needs?  Let me know.

P.S. Even though it is a fee-based service, you can actually conduct a
search at no cost, and retrieve a list of domain names.  The fee only
applies if you want to pull up the full whois record for a given
domain.
