The Linksys PAP2 VOIP adapter (same equipment as Sipura SPA 2000) configuration can be reset by entering 73738 at the IVR configuration menu. Unfortunately, it requires a password to reset these parameters. I have a PAP2 that was previously activated with Vonage, which has a password specific to them, although I do not know it.
