were can i find a web site that lets me talk to people like a radio
show host or be hosted on their web site. Something i just can cut and
paste on my web site if possible

1. Is this something that you would wish in real-time?
2. Do you want them to have the ability to talk back to you if they
possess an audio input device?
3. Do you already have the microphone?  You have to buy one.  You can
find software free, but you still have to have a way to capture your
voice.
4. Is there a speed limitation you would like to place?  Hint: 56K
modems will have problems with this feature.
5.  Is your computer Java-abled?
6.  Do you wish to be notified every time ANYONE enters your website,
or only those with an appropriate audio device?
7.  Will this be monitored 24 hours a day?  Or will you need some sort
of notification feature to let your visitors know you are online?

A few more specifics would be helpful to point you to a certain
software, and to know whether or not you have the ability
(hardware-wise) to do this.  There is software out there, much of
which I am sure can be found free or as trial versions, that sounds
like what you want.  I will see if I can't find something tailored to
your wishes...

Also, if you are not interested in doing this in real time, and you do
not want to speak with each visitor individually and live, then there
is also a myriad of recording software that will allow you to do sound
bites of yourself saying your phrase in .wav or .mid form, that will
load when a person visits your page.  I eagerly await your response...

This is going to be maybe 2 days out of the week thing on this talk
show i will speak to one person at a time but the listeners will be
able to hear the conversation and then they can give their opinion
after i hang up on the caller i bought a new mic and a sound card i
already installed it thats fine i'm looking for free software or free
service that will let me either host it on their web site or if
possible can do it on my own web site Thankyou for all you guys
