If I understand your question correctly, you could call infomation (is the number 411? I forget) if you live in the U.S. OR you could call your phone company and they could help you out. Good luck. IF this does not help, please clarify your question and I will attempt again. Cheers, dexterpexter |

If you have the dates on the bills and the numbers, I imagine the phone company or someone like that might still have records of its ownership, depending on how long ago it was made. That is the best "free" answer I can think of...however, there may be an agency willing to track this imformation for money. I am not sure how much success you will have online. I have had success in the past tracking people, particularly through YAHOO people search. I am not sure the facility offered in having the number and not the name. My problem is typically just the opposite. Good luck! |

8-1-2002 Please explain the exact years you are referring to, and why you want the information. Sometimes the public libraries and/or university libraries in that particular city have criss-cross or reverse directories (sometimes called POLK'S DIRECTORIES) where you can look up the number and the listing will show the name of the person who has it. You can go to the library to look at the directory or call the library and perhaps someone could look up the name and address for you. Usually they keep directories for a series of years (for example, from 1985 to 2002). Depending on how old the call was and if there was some legal reason you wanted the information, the phone company might look it up for a fee of a few hundred dollars and if you were willing to sign an affidavit that you need the information to file criminal charges against someone. SINCERELY, 4keith-ga |
