I'd say that depends on national laws ... and there are about 200 sovereign nations, so research could prove to be rather time-consuming. Scriptor |

I am specifically interested in as it applies to those who resident in the USA and laws in the USA. You make an excellent point, thank you for pointing it out. My question pertains to US laws and citizens/residents only. |

The laws vary from state to state. In my state for example, such content is even illegal to "possess", in other words, the mere viewing of such material and saving it to one's computer, even in the form of a cached image, is illegal. tutuzdad-ga |
