Dominatrix clubs and  Dungeons.  Would you please give me a few
examples of LEGAL clubs and dungeons, located in the US, who cater to
S & M, whereby one must pay a fee to enter or belong?

I would also like to know if there are any restrictions placed upon
the individuals who enter/partcipate (ie: what one can/cannot engage
in).
