Erik William Balusiak, born July 4, 1979, died in a car crash on
highway 69 between Sudbury and Parry sound on Saturday June 2, 2001.
In the car with him were 4 other people. They all were killed. The
driver of the car fell asleep at the wheel. The car belonged to Erik
Balusiak. He was not driving. The driver of a cube van, that crashed
into the car, was unable to avoid the crash, but survived, so did his
passenger. I would like to know the current status of the court case
between the various people and the insurance companies. The names I
have are Mosawi and
Balusiak. Allstate is the insurer of Erik Balusiak. We are not
involved with the court case, but would like to know where the case
stands, if it is resolved or whether there are still outstanding
problems. Also, if resolved, we would like to know the settlement
amounts to the various people.

Thank you. Erik is my son.
