According to someone on annoyances.org, it's a trojen and should be
cleaned up with an antivirus program like AVG
(http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php) This could also indicate that
you should reinstall Windows ME. Of corse I would highly recommend
that you do not use Windows ME as it sucks and is full of bugs, one of
which is most likely responsible for these error messages. You should
upgrade you OS to something better like Windows 2000 or XP Home (the
Fisher Price operating system).

Dump ME. It sucks, big time. Please upgrade to XP. You WILL thank us all!
