is this a hack???	I found this in	c:/windows/internetlogs/safeprograms.xml
its a list a mile long this is an example/////	<program allowInternetServer="ask"

Hi!!

This is all the info that I can found (my source was Zone alarm forums):
The SafePrograms.xml file contains programs that are deemed to be safe
for access by Zone Labs  and are loade if you select the "allow Zone
Alarm to pre-configure programs" during the installation process.

It looks like a firewall's access list. I assume you have a firewall
installed on your computer. This file contains the list of rules that
the firewall uses to determin what programs can access the internet
and at what security level.
