I would some input on setting the price for a question I have...
Below, you will find all the information for this question that I PLAN
to ask, but I'm not exactly sure how much to price it for. I was
thinking somewhere between $50 & ~$100... So, THIS question is about
how much to price the question in reference(below).

Context: (Use this information to understand what kind of answers I am looking for)

My goal is to obtain permanent residency in at least one European
Union nation or principality . Furthermore, I would like to do this as
soon as possible AND spend as little as possible. I am not looking
for so called economic citizenships (as they are much too expensive),
solutions that require huge capital output (again too expensive), or
marriage (too scary). I am would prefer an option that does NOT have
an in-country residency requirement (meaning you DON?T HAVE to be
living in the country to keep your residency), but this might not be
possible unless you spend a lot for the aforementioned ?economic
citizenships?.

NOTES:

1-I was born in United States, and so were my parents and grandparents.

2-The residency card should be valid for at least 5 years (ideally it
will be permanent) AND it must give me rights to work.

3-Lichtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, & Switzerland should be included as well.

4-I realize that, ?as soon as possible?, could mean 3 to 5 years, or more.

Question: (this is the one i want to ask, but don't know how much to price)

Describe a methodology to obtain permanent residency in the EU

Types of Answers: (Please give me at least 5)

(Please note that there are many possible methodologies for each
country, and to be mindful of the requirements above. Accordingly,
sample answers #1 and #2 are more what I am looking for, as opposed to
sample answer #3)

1. Country: France
    Methodology:
a)	Form a Business in any US state. (~$500)
b)	US Business forms ?bureau de liaison? (liaison office) in France
(~$500) plus monthly business space rental fees. ($500-$2000/month)
c)	US Business sends send me to manage the liaison office in France
requiring me to obtain a residency permit, a work permit, and health
insurance. (~$1000)
d)	I rent an apartment near the Mediterranean, and sip Bordeaux while
reading le Monde. ($1000-2000/month)
e)	5 years later obtain 10 year ?carte de sejour? (residency card)

    Total startup costs: ~$2000
    Total per month: ~$1500 - $4000
    Total Time: ~5 years

Search Strategy: "Invest in France", "France Working", "France Work Visa"

2. Country: Netherlands
    Methodology:

b)	Form a self-proprietorship in the Netherlands under the auspices of
the treaty of friendship, commerce and navigation between the United
States of America and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. (~$5000-$6000
which can be invested into the company or held as capitalization in a
bank)
c)	Obtain residency permit, insurance, etc. (~$2000)
d)	5 years later obtain permanent residency card.

Total startup costs: ~$7000 - $8000 (but 85% of this can remain
un-spent, in a bank)
    Total monthly cost: ~$2000 - $4000
    Total Time: ~5 years

d)	Live anywhere you want because Malta has not residency requirement
if you obtain your residency card though this means!

    Total Startup Costs: ~$261,000
Total Monthly Costs: -(whatever you can rent your house for)
Total Time: As long as it takes you to buy the house.

It gets locked when a Google reasercher is looking into it. As for the
price of this question I could not say.

This is not the sort of question that I would attempt to answer, since
it's outside my areas of expertise, but it looks to me like a question
that should be priced at $100, at the very least. Many hours (possibly
days) of work are likely to be involved, with a great deal of
attention to detail.

biavaschi - see my comment on your other question. I estimate
something like $20 per country.

Thanks for the comments, I would agree that $20 per country (ala
politicalguru) sounds fair, or at least about $100 (as pinkfreund
says) for 4 or 5 countries.
I'm not sure who should get the credit for answering this one, but I
am happy the answers provided by both pinkfreund-ga and
politicalguru-ga.

On this sort of open ended question I think you should remember that
researchers pay a lot of attention to the price - that is, the more
you offer, the more details you will get.

I suspect you need all the details you can get so a minimum of $100
would be about right.

The question itself I wouldn't touch for twice that but EU citizenship
is not a field I know a lot about so I would have to do a lot of
research.

Some fellow researcher is probably very familiar with this and could
answer it relatively easily - for instance if you were asking about
some other countries I would be happy to do it for $100 or so.
