Upon closer examination, the last name is Gulien and the first name
does not appear to be Jacques it is Ja'pre's (not sure how to add
accent marks).

Could this be in fact J apres G****** translates as J (or whatever)
AFTER G***** (the original artist or in his style) frequently used
when one artist is mimicking or copying the work or style of another.
