I'd like to get a list of the companies/clinics in the US who conduct
abdominal aortic aneurysm screening tests (using ultrasound) and what
the costs are, to the patient, to get this test conducted. Medical
insurance/Medicare/Medicaid payment and coverage information not
required.

I know that all hospitals are equipped to conduct such tests, and am
interested only in non-hospital medical testing facilities such as
clinics, testing centers, etc.
