Dear Pafalafa-ga:
I glanced through the Loudoun County Info (...Summary..). It has
wealth of info, but generally overall picture. Also your reply gives
good "overall" info. What I am looking for is Tract# and number of
homes with over 100K income (based on any past year, 2002 to 2004).
Loudoun County does not give reference to Tract # at all.
I did found this specific info for "Fairfax County" and now I do have
100% needed data for Fairfax County, as under:
A. All Tract Nos with boundaries drawn on the county map. Excellent resource.
B. County map giving colored areas, for Income of 0-50K, 75K,100K,125K
& 200K. I am interested in dividing line of 100K (under and over).
Excellent resource.
C. A 24 page document printed by me giving Census and Subcensus Tract,
Single Family Homes, Duplex, Townhomes, Multiplex, Garden Apt., Mid
Rise Bldg., High Rise Bldg, Mobile Homes and TOTAL. My interest is in
Single Family and TOTAL Homes. It is fair estimate that Single Family
Homes will have income of over 100K generally.
All the above info from Fairfax County Web-site fairly matches with
the data provided by the Franchisor for some Tracts and is way off for
some other Tracts.
However no such data available for Loudoun County. My requiement is to
have Tract No. and income over 100K ( indirectly, Number of Single
Family Homes), and based on this specific info only, the Franchisor
will allot me the area of operation, covering 55,000 homes having
income over $100K. I have the option of opting diffent areas so that
the total is 55,000 homes. And also to look into the accuracy for the
data provided by the Franchisor. Franchisor is not giving me the
source of their data !!!!
So far Loudoun County site and the link with Growth Summary falls
short of my requirement. But I am sure, Loudoun County has to have the
needed data in their raw data collection folders. Hence my visit to
them is due on Monday. I have already posed them this question in my
e-mail to them.
Hope I succeed after visit on Monday.
