Here's a good start: http://www.quintcareers.com/sample_behavioral.html It's about 25 questions. And some more (many overlapping though): http://www.brockport.edu/career/behave.htm |

Hi If you visit www.redgoldfish.co.uk which is a large UK job site, they have an entire section dedicated to interview questions asked. The questions are based on UK employers but i guess the principles should be similar where ever you are Good luck, hope this helps |

As a consultant who teaches companies how to do this it is doubtful you can prep very well for a well organized behavioral interview. The company should ask you questions based on their situations so they can determine how well you fit their idea of a good employee. They may be looking for a particular tendency that is not directly addressed, but is judged based on the way you handle yourself in the interview. As an example Southwest Airlines looks for sense of humor as the key tendency for success with them. Be as honest with the interviewer as possible and you will do better than trying to develop canned responses, which could make you appear insincere to them. |
