I want to know the name, address and cell phone number to the person
belonging to the email address G4Selling@aol.com.

I found no references to that email with a Google search so I assume
this is a private person. We do not give out personal information on
Google Answers.

If you really need to know, you would need to contact AOL and get this
person's details through them. However, without a court order you
won't get the information you seek. Just as you would not want your
ISP to just give out your sensitive personal information to any random
person that called them up. For all AOL knows you could be a dangerous
stalker intent on harming the owner of the email address. It would be
very irresponsible for them to release that information.

If you are recieving spam from this address, just ignore it. It is
triveal for spammers to fake the return address and forge the headers.
They do this so it is very hard to track them down and justifiably
beat them with a stick.
