I'm looking for information on how to attend international rugby
matches in the UK and Europe - specifically the Six Nations tournament
in February/March and the southern hemisphere Spring tours in
November. For example matches at Twickenham in England, Lansdowne Road
in Ireland and Stade de France in Paris.
I understand it is difficult to obtain tickets and so the information
I am seeking is probably best known by someone with local knowledge.
I would like to find out if becoming a member of a club or affiliated
body in the UK will give me a better chance of securing tickets to
these games and how the ticket allocation procedure is carried out.

An extension on the question if I may - if I was a member of a club
that receives priority to purchase these Test match tickets, what
would be the prospect of being successful in obtaining them. How many
tickets are generally available and how easy are they to buy?
