Hi, I sent an international letter through Registered Mail (CanadaPost) from Canada to the Philippines. Unfortunately, I lost the item number (tracking number) they gave me. Does anybody know a way I can trace that item number simply by knowing the adress and the date I've sent it. I've put a piece of jewerly in the letter, I'm afraid it got lost. I desperately need this item number, I can still remember how it starts (RT45223....CA) I'm just missing 5 characters. Canada POst has a website where I can type in the item number. Maybe there's a way I can browse all the item starting with those characters or something....I don't know...I feel so hopeless |

Hi chikaflip, Phone Canada Post at this number: 1 888 550-6333 and work your way through the options to talk to a real person. Postal Guide - Canada Postal Guide Section D ? Chapter 10 Registered Mail ? U.S.A. and International http://www.canadapost.ca/textonly/tools/pg/manual/d10-e.asp Good luck! hummer |
