Hello there,

I'd be happy to look into this for you, but it would help to have a
bit of clarification:

1. You mention three names -- Anthony Holmead, Henry Ingle, and Mary
Pechin. Can you elaborate a bit on how these three are interrelated.
In particular, I saw no mention of Holmead in the document you linked
to.

2. What, exactly, are you looking for? You asked for "web evidence".
Would old newspaper references to Ingleside and similar documents be
useful as an answer to your question? Or would you only consider a
copy of an actual lease as an acceptable answer?

3. Are you ONLY interested in materials available on the web?
Sometimes old archives will have titles of documents indexed on the
web, but to see the actual document you might have to request a paper
copy from the archive itself, or even visit it in person.

Any additional information you can provide would be most helpful.
