I need statistics on rainfall in the middle east in 1992, 1993 and
1995.  The whole region from North Eastern Africa to Pakistan would be
best, but in particular Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, Oman, and Sudan. 
The statistics can be in any format (it's likely to be downloadable
into a statistical or GIS package), but needs to be specific: weekly
precipitation figures for major cities and towns in the region. 
March-September 1993 is of greatest importance.

appropriate website that covers the geographical and temporal
landscape required!
