I understand that someone is working on another device to repair
rotator cuffs totally arthroscopically, like the Opus Medical Smart
Stitch. I would like to find out some information about this
technology, or this research. I do not need to know about
bioabsorbable screws or the patches - just the research that is going
on for the device that is able to fix the rotator cuff tears
completely arthroscopically.

One other company that I forgot to mention that I am already aware of,
and does not fill the bill is Axya Shoulder Fixation System
www.axya.com. I see that one of the Google Answer wizards is working
on this and I have great hope that you can find one or two others.

Thank you again!!!

One more further clarification....I do not need any information at all
on Opus....I know about this one. I am looking for any OTHER
companies - research - think tanks....anyone invovled in research with
another device. I heard there were two different groups, and I would
like to contact either one desparately!

Thank you!
