I am looking for data on how the nominal price (absolute $ terms)
of prescription drugs across countries maps to GDP. So for example is
the price of Rx drugs higher in high GDP countries such as the US and
Europe versus low GDP countires such as Brazil and Mexico. Any data
on other products such televisons, cars, computers versus GDP would be a bonus.

Looking for data at least for US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain,
Australia, and Japan. Other Aisan, Latin American and African countres
a tip worthy bonus.
