I think you will find that they are now just called ?Butterick? -- though now under a parent company. Here?s the link :- http://www.butterick.com/indexflash.html But if it?s an old book it is likely to be past copyright (as you probably know). Referencing is usually OK anyway unless you want to quote a sizeable tract. Best (OH, PF found it too!) |
