I would like the address or email ofButterick Publishing so may
contact them to obtain permission to reference a book of theirs in the
book I am writing.  Thanks.

I think you will find that they are now just called ?Butterick? --
though now under a parent company. Here?s the link :-

But if it?s an old book it is likely to be past copyright (as you
probably know). Referencing is usually OK anyway unless you want to
quote a sizeable tract.
