I am looking for a Thai translator to do some work in translating
banner ads and website material (1-2 small pages).

This person must be able to not just straight translate, but also make
appropriate cultural changes so the material stays relevant.

The market we are aiming at are people who have moved FROM Thailand so
a translator who is also familiar with the expatriate experience would
be a huge plus.

Recommendations are very welcome. 

We can work via email/phone. Location is irrelevant, however residents
of the UK/US/Australia would be preferred for the above expatriate
experience.
