Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoft.com and then do a system scan. It
looks like an issue because of spywares.. Once you scan your computer
for spywares delete what ever files you get in that list.

Most of the time when we are on internet, Spywares, a small program
gets installed and then it start acting as a controller for your
computer and then it also generate varients for it's process in
background. Ad-Aware helps you to scan it and also helps it to delete
those. Then you may find that your computer is faster. Also if you
could download windows spyware removal tool from www.microsoft.com
that will also help you as it will prompt you for spywares which are
getting installed on your computer and that will also help you to get
rid of it.

In simple words, It looks like that your computer is infacted by spywares or virus.

Do System Scan for Virus also....
