I am starting a business to charter buses to go between Berkeley and
San Francisco (nightclub trips) and between SF and LA (for vacations).
 I will sell tickets mainly to students.  I am going to hire buses
from established charter companies, including registered drivers and
presumably insurance.
What legal hurdles do I face and what steps (registering, etc) need I
take?  I don't want to risk fines or criminal violations.
