Seems like a whole lot for $8. My thoughts- "best 100 bookmakers",
seems like an opinion question, and I seriously doubt that anyone
plays with 100 different books. If you go here -
http://www.howtogamble.net/sports.htm - there are several books that
would be on the top of this list. Some of your required questions are
also answered.

In my opinion/experience, you will have a very tough time finding 100
"secure and trustworthy" sports books. I would bet that you can't find
over 50 being that even some of the bigger books (publicly traded,
etc.) have been known to push winners around (closing their accounts,
refusing payment, etc.)
