How do I get rid of zipzappromos.com pop ups?

I have a solution to your problem but the software costs about $50.

Will you accept that as an answer or did you already get rid of this problem?

I would like to make a few points out of fairness to the client.

1)	free advice given in forums is usually worth every penny.
2)	I don?t give directions on editing registry entries or deleting
files when I don?t know the technical skill level of the person I am
addressing. Not knowing how to remove a popup doesn?t indicate a high
degree of skill. Not knowing the precise operating system also means I
also don't know whether there is a restore feature which has to be
disabled.
3)	There are many ?helpful? people out there on various sites and in
forums willing to guide you through the process but some of them get a
big laugh out of giving malicious advice ? the client probably doesn?t
have the knowledge or experience to evaluate the advice given so I
certainly wouldn't send them out onto the Web alone - I presume he/she
wanted reliable advice or they wouldn't have turned to answers.google.

The problem is first locating a forum and then determining which one
is ?half-decent? or, better yet, completely decent.

Just so other GAs know, when I wrote about forums, I wasn't referring
to comments here on answers.google, I was writing in response to
something which has been removed and referred to various unmoderated
discussion groups elsewhere.

No, I am looking for a free download or something free that can remove
the spyware somehow installed that is causing zipzappromos
specifically.  I already have a wonderful pop-up blocker and these ase
the ONLY pop-ups that ever get through!  Thanks anyway!
