I want to build a detached, screened in pavilion. The size will be
16'x20'. The pavilion will be built on a concrete pad. I may put a hot
tub in the pavilion if it doesn't change the foundation requirements
too much. According to BOCA code, how think does the pad need to be
and what kind of footers are required? I live in eastern PA.
