We are a non-profit charitable organization that delivers doctors and
medicine to Mali, West Africa.   We send out very tasteful
personalized letters to our donors and prospects twice per year.  I
would imagine someplace there is data that gives an idea on which are
the best dates 6 months apart to send our request letters.  My
question is asking if anyone knows where that information can be

I think that would be highly dependent on the nature of the charity so
you might want to provied that information.
