I'm looking for detailed statistical research of online sales and
e-commerce websites in the U.S.

Specifically, I need an Internet market Researcher to determine the
following (in the U.S. for the year 2003):

* The total online sales for 2003 (Business to consumer)
* The total online sales for 2003 (Business to Business)
* The total number of active websites in the U.S. (2003)
* The total number of active web pages in the U.S. (2003)
* The total number of active e-commerce websites in the U.S. (2003)
* Average annual sales for all active e-commerce websites in the U.S. (2003)
* Determine number of active e-commerce websites in top 1% of all
active e-commerce sites in the U.S. (2003)
* Determine online sales amount required to be in top 1% of all U.S.
active e-commerce sites (2003)

The reason for using 2003 for comparative analysis, is some 2004
statistics may not yet be available. If 2004 is available for all
questions, then of course that is even more desirable.

Please provide links to relevant and credible resources.
