Where can I find C++ programmers for hire for part time, contract,
telecommuting project assistance? I've posted my request (below) to
Kasamba, and I'm looking for similar services, mailing lists, etc.

Kasamba post: I'd like help with a project wherein I'm writing a
hypergraph storage layer in C++/BerkeleyDB for the Novamente
Artificial Intelligence System (http://agiri.org). I'm superficially
familiar with the relevant Novamente code/environment (Linux, heavy
use of most C++ features, autoconf) and the BerkeleyDB documentation.
I'd like to speak to a number of programmers to find the right fit.
Formal work on Novamente source code will require an NDA.

Note, I'm not looking at typical 'career' or 'job' boards, as these
boards contain mostly people looking for regular work. I'm looking for
freelancers.

Alternatively, this question could be redone to read 'generate a list
of freelance programmers who are a good fit (i.e. passionate about AI,
demonstrated abilities in C++, Berkeley DB, scale-free networks,
etc.)' or the question could be answered by someone who would like to
'apply for the job' themselves (there's a well-honed Novamente newbie
process already), both alternatives including a commensurate rise in
the asking price for the answer.
