Mac OS X comes with a keyboard layout DQ (dvorak-qwerty).
The keyboard functions as a dvorak keyboard until the command key is
held down, then it turns into a Qwerty keyboard. This is fantastic
for the CMD-C, CMD-X, CMD-V keys especially.

My question is, what is the equiverlant to this for Windows or Linux?
I am about to buy a new laptop and this is the only reason Apple interests me.
