I need both asp and javascript code (complete please, I am not a
techie) that changes the aspect of my homepage, e.g. no toolbar, no
addressbar, exact width etc. Similar to a pop-up windows, it should
however not open as second window, because I don't want the visitor to
have two windows open at the same time, but only have that main window
have another aspect immediately when the visitors sees the homepage
appearing.

It can't be done.  The attributes are established when the window is opened.

That having been said, I hope someone can prove me wrong.  It's
something I'd like to do too.

This is something we would all like to do.  However, the window's
properties of a web browser can only be set prior to it's opening.

Not sure that I can answer questions (I only use GA for the occasional
question) but thought I'd comment because this can definitely be done
in javascript (I've done it!!!) but not in ASP, as far as I know.
