I do NOT need to be pointed to a website where I enter a search and a
golf course information is displayed.
I need a complete Data base containing the Name, Address, Phone, Tee
Box - (Gold, Silver, White, Blue etc, Par, Slope and ideally the
individual rankings of each hole as compared to each other. IE Hole
number 1 is ranked # 8 in difficulty, Hole number 2 is ranked # 15 in
difficulty and so on. I may be willing to pay a little more, but funds
are limited. |

Or perhaps the GOLF MAGAZINE Golf Course Guide:
The Golf Guide includes more than 110 fields of information for more
than 19,000 golf courses and related facilities in the United States
and Canada. It also contains:
full-length narratives with additional detailed course information,
driving directions,
latitude and longitude data for each course (U.S. only)
nearby accommodations,
real estate data, and
scorecards with hole-by-hole statistics for over 14,500 North American
golf courses.

Are you looking for this type of product or do you need something different ?

Thank you. I have not looked at the db's you listed, but the third one
looks very promising. Did you see a price for that?

yankeebastid,
You would have to liscense the last database. I believe it would be
very expensive, perhaps thousands of dollars.
For more information on licensing partnerships, please contact:
Regina Feiler

The first product that I showed youe costs $29.95.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks,

I have examined them both. The first and second are the same db and
they are not pitching the database, but they are selling a front end
tool to their db, which unless I hear back from them, is proprietary.
The last db is essentially the same thing, only it is online. I had
found that site earlier and sent them an email asking if they would
sell or let me use the db in a non competetive way. I have yet to hear
from either of them. If you can find a data base, JUST the database
that is what I need. I have no use for the front end tools they are
marketing. Thanks
