In light of recent events at the US military base in Cuba with 
detainees I would like to know about the latest methods of
ELECTRONIC mind control. Specifically about the electronic
reading of conscious and dreaming thoughts through breath 
or brain waves?(I think it is easier to do through picking
up individual words through the breath and recording 
and interpreting electronically) Also about countering
a micophone or more powerful device hooked up to an
interface that can track breath patterns and read same?

I have no sympathy for the detainees
at kitmo. I know that we are capable
of ALOT besides sleep depreprivation
and humilation. And that in the context 
of war is a good thing when used against
people who have declared war against us.
But just refer to old stuff like
"AN APPRASAL OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF POLITICAL CONTROL"
by the Euro Parliment. Stuff that "THE STAZY COULD ONLY DREAM ABOUT"
is mentioned only in passing. I have been picking up bits of info
from good(sane)sources about what is possible
and it has nothing to do with aliens,black trucks or
helios,or the usual nonsence about aluminum coneheads.
I have the feeling its been around for @ least 10 yrs
and is fenced off on taxpayers under the non-lethal weapons
rubic. Anyone who can go beyond the usual cliches and who 
has a good working knowledge of electronic telemetry
can speculate about what is possible about the specific 
countermeasure I asked about.

The old fashioned aluminum foil hat still works, but you have to
double layer it. Since the late seventies the government has
microperforated aluminum foil to disable its usage as a brainwave
blocker. So long as you multi-layer it, the probability of the
perforations lining up just right is close to zero.
