How can I obtain information on sale prices of houses sold with in
last month or week. It seems only possible to find information on houses sold
about three months ago. Is there a web site or offline service that can
automatically notify me when there is a house sold in a particular
subdivision of say: rockville, MD zip: 20852. If the informatio is
available only at the registrars office of the county, is it possible
for public (or real estate agent) to access it within the same week as
the sale.
