School photography contract should preferaby contain the following clauses:

1. Exclusivity with the photographer during contract period.
2. Minimum number of photos/prints per call and minimum number of
calls during contract period.
3. Rate per photo and rate per print for different sizes.
4. Number of free prints to be given to school (if any).

In a school photo contract, the bulk of revenue is from prints ordered
by students for school functions. The rate per print is as per
standard market rate but due to bulk, the off-site costs are spread
over the total number of prints. Also due to multiple copies of
photos, the final economics is better.

Hope the above serves your purpose. I am not a listed researcher but
if you feel, then contact me at "mitconpl at eth dot net" for further
discussions.
